• Candidate will be responsible for designing, coding and Unit testing

Required Skills :

• Hands on real-world experience with frameworks like Spring, Hibernate, Struts etc
• Strong Java skills and object oriented design experience
• Experience building out scalable, multi-tier web applications
• Experience in SQL, Unix/Linux, and scripting
• Good knowledge of database systems
• Bonus points if worked on high traffic web applications or have a prior startup experience
• Lead projects, coordinate with other teams and mentor junior engineers
• Work closely with the architects to develop the best technical design and approach for product development
• Develop and execute unit testing strategy and processes
• Must have participated in full SDLC of at least 2-3 product releases
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Desired Profile :

• 2+ years of hands-on technical work experience
• Engineering Degree from a reputed institute (IIT, NIT etc.)
• Good communications skills
• Strong knowledge of Extreme Programming/Scrum
